Exchanges

Changed your mind on the colour, or picked the wrong size? We’re happy to sort it. We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. Same 30 day window, and it works the same way whether you’re in the UK or overseas.

Contempo is built on a clear and intentional set of values that guide every buying decision, supplier partnership, and customer interaction:

Originality – We avoid anything generic or overdone. We seek the unique, the overlooked, and the surprising.

Curiosity – We’re led by that “ooh, what’s this?” moment. If we’re excited, you will be too.

Playfulness – Whether it’s a cheeky candle or a pun-filled notebook, we believe our products should make you smile.

Design-Led Thinking – We obsess over how things look and feel. Beautiful packaging, clever design, meaningful form—these matter.

Inclusivity – Our shelves reflect a spectrum of personalities, tastes, and price points. Great design shouldn’t be elitist.

Independence – We champion small makers, independent brands, and ideas that don’t follow the crowd.

A flat-packed paper bauble that opens out into a full honeycomb globe, hand printed in deep blue and gold.

East End Press make their honeycomb decorations from layer upon layer of recycled cotton paper, screen printed by hand by artisans in Jaipur. Fold it open, let the magnet catch, and you have a three-dimensional bauble with a cotton loop ready for the tree. It packs flat again in January, which your loft will thank you for. Browse more homeware for the festive season.

Please note: this decoration contains a magnet and is not a toy. Each one is folded by hand, so when it is fresh out of the packet it may need a gentle nudge to open out fully and for the magnet ends to meet. It gets easier as the layers relax.

• Opens into a 3D honeycomb bauble
• Hand screen-printed in Jaipur, India
• Made from recycled cotton paper
• Weight: 50g, sold singly
• Cotton hanging loop and magnet closure

Give the tree a bauble that will not shatter.
