Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 days.

Next Day Delivery: Available from £3.50 extra – order by 3pm for next-day arrival.

Saturday Delivery: Available – order by 3pm Friday for weekend delivery.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Here’s how:

1. Email us at customer.service@contempo.pro to let us know you’d like to make a return.

2. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

Exchanges

Changed your mind on the colour, or picked the wrong size? We’re happy to sort it. We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. Same 30 day window, and it works the same way whether you’re in the UK or overseas.

Hand-felted by Erin Knitwear from 100% pure wool, this 12cm chap stands on four sturdy brown legs with a thick cream fleece, tan felted antlers and a red nose you can spot across the room. Every one is made by hand, so the face and fleece differ slightly from sheep to sheep. He sits happily among our Scottish gifts and looks the part on a mantelpiece all December.
