Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 days.

Next Day Delivery: Available from £3.50 extra – order by 3pm for next-day arrival.

Saturday Delivery: Available – order by 3pm Friday for weekend delivery.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Here’s how:

1. Email us at customer.service@contempo.pro to let us know you’d like to make a return.

2. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

Exchanges

Changed your mind on the colour, or picked the wrong size? We’re happy to sort it. We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. Same 30 day window, and it works the same way whether you’re in the UK or overseas.

Hoops are the earrings most people wear most days, so it helps when they have something to say. These are shaped as horseshoes, painted by hand with small blue flowers along the curve, and finished with a single faux pearl hanging at the base. Open end upwards, the way a horseshoe is meant to hang so the luck stays in.

The hinged closure clicks shut properly rather than relying on a friction post, which matters on a hoop you plan to wear often. At just under 2cm they are noticeable without being heavy.
