All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services for reliable and secure delivery.

Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 days.

Next Day Delivery: Available from £3.50 extra – order by 3pm for next-day arrival.

Saturday Delivery: Available – order by 3pm Friday for weekend delivery.

Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Here’s how:

1. Email us at customer.service@contempo.pro to let us know you’d like to make a return.

2. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

Exchanges

Changed your mind on the colour, or picked the wrong size? We’re happy to sort it. We don’t do a direct swap, so it works like this: send the original back for a refund using the steps above, then place a new order for the one you’d rather have. Same 30 day window, and it works the same way whether you’re in the UK or overseas.

The tweed is the real thing, handwoven in the Outer Hebrides from pure new wool, which is why the pink reads warm and slightly heathered rather than flat. The body is a soft microfibre leather in dusky pink that picks the colour straight out of the check.
